The COPES Examiner’s Manual describes the development of the COPES assessment. It offers sample case studies for using the COPES as a career counselling tool. It explains the 8 scales used to measure the participant’s values, as well as the 14 COPSystem Career Clusters that their results are sorted into.  Additionally it gives a step by step guide to administering, scoring and interpreting the results yielded by the COPES. Finally it discusses the reliability and validity of COPES as well as its normative data and correlations with other assessments, such as the MBTI.
