The CAPS Examiner’s Manual describes the development of the CAPS assessment. It offers sample case studies for using the CAPS as a career counselling tool. Additionally, it gives a step-by-step guide to administering, scoring and interpreting the results yielded by the CAPS. Finally, it discusses the reliability and validity of CAPS as well as its normative data and correlations with other aptitude tests such as the DAT and the GATB.
