We are excited to share that CLSR Inc. is celebrating its 25th anniversary today! This special occasion marks 25 years of dedication to our clients and their success. Since we started in 1998, our journey has been about growing, coming up with new ideas, and always focusing on building long-standing relationships with our clients. Our founder and director, Denise Hughes, has been the driving force behind CLSR Inc., and she has always believed that meaningful connections with our clients are what have made us successful.
At CLSR, we’re not just a warehouse with products on a shelf; we provide you with the tools you need to do your best work. We know that success is not just about what we do for you, but also about giving you the knowledge and the right resources to achieve your goals, and your clients’ goals.
Denise explains this commitment, saying, “My vision for CLSR has always been, and remains to this day, to provide the highest quality resources that will build self-understanding and respect for self and others. My goal is to help qualified career development professionals, life skills coaches, counsellors, educators and so many others, help the people they interact with along their individual life paths, whatever that may look like.”
As we celebrate our 25th anniversary, it’s important to recognize the impact Personality Dimensions® has had on us at CLSR. It wouldn’t exist if it weren’t for our clients wanting more. We’ve been refining it over the years, and it has helped us better understand and appreciate the uniqueness of individuals and their contributions. In fact, next year, Personality Dimensions® is celebrating its 20th anniversary!
Denise proudly shares, “I believe CLSR’s biggest achievement over the past quarter-century is doing the research and development that resulted in the creation of Personality Dimensions®. And, more importantly, being able to adapt to change, whatever that may look like. The ongoing nature of the research and development, and our insistence on updating any and all of the resources that may impact, means that we can consistently reflect the latest developments so our Personality Dimensions® Facilitators, across the globe, can be confident in the materials they are using.”
As we celebrate our past accomplishments, we are excited about what the future holds. CLSR Inc. remains dedicated to evolving alongside our clients and adapting to the ever-changing landscape of professional development and organizational effectiveness. Our commitment to building relationships and providing valuable resources will continue to guide us.
Denise reflects on what the next 25 years has in store for CLSR, “Undoubtedly, program delivery and even the products themselves will evolve, just as we had to quickly (very!!) adapt and/or create materials in an on-line format when the pandemic seemingly closed the country down. Having more offices and distribution outlets around the world, allowing us to adapt the materials to make them culturally appropriate, without losing the foundations of the tool, is definitely part of my ongoing vision for CLSR. The world is changing so fast that it would be easy for some people to get a little lost and feel under-appreciated, or worse. I believe that CLSR, and all our facilitators, researchers, writers and developers, can and will play a critical role in helping people to adjust to the forthcoming changes.”
