(CLSR Inc.) are pleased to jointly announce that CLSR Inc. has acquired the Values and Skills Assessment Cards and the Career Activity Planner. This transition ensures the continued impact of these invaluable career development tools, originally created by the late Ron Bartlette, founder of the Winnipeg Transition Centre.
Founded in 1989 by Ron Bartlette, The Winnipeg Transition Centre has been a leader in career development and employment support services. Its professional development division, Active Learning Works!, has provided training and resources to career practitioners, educators, and employment professionals across Canada. The Winnipeg Transition Centre has long been recognized for its innovative approach to career counselling and development, helping individuals clarify their career goals and make informed decisions about their future.
CLSR Inc., founded in 1998 by Denise Hughes, has been dedicated to providing high-quality career development tools and resources to professionals in Canada, and around the world. With a strong reputation in the field, CLSR Inc. has supported career professionals through a diverse range of assessment tools and training programs. This acquisition marks an important step in preserving and expanding the reach of Ron Bartlette’s vision and contributions to the career development field.
