The world of Personality Dimensions® just got a whole lot bigger! Despite all the restrictions in the world right now we partnered with Personality Dimensions® Master Trainer, Sandra Summerhayes, to vastly expand your workshop opportunities and make your sessions globally accessible. The PD Toolkit Series has been refreshed for the virtual world we’re all currently living in. Your clients can now explore Team Building, Conflict Management, Leadership Development, and many other topics through Personality Dimensions® virtually from the comfort of their own home. All of the activities in each toolkit have been adapted to work using your favourite virtual learning platform. Each toolkit gives facilitators a quick check-list of preparations to make before jumping into a virtual PD workshop. Equally suited to those dipping their toes into virtual workshops for the first time, or veteran online facilitators, each activity provides step-by-step instructions guiding you through the use of screen sharing, chat features and breakout rooms. Also included are interactive PDF handouts that your participants can fill out on screen. We’ve given the PowerPoint® presentation a much-needed 21st-century facelift with a refreshed layout including updated graphics and backgrounds and featuring the newly updated Picture Cards available both in all PD-Online assessments, as well as in print form as Picture Cards and Poster Cards. We know times are tough for everyone right now, so for the same original price of $44.95 per toolkit (before your facilitator discount), you will receive both the original in-person workshop toolkit with its PDF guide, handouts, and updated PowerPoint®, as well as the newly released virtual toolkit.
But wait, there’s more! Sometimes you just don’t have the time to wait for your new resources to make their way through the mail system. At the click of a button, you can download toolkits to your device and start planning your workshop within seconds of making your purchase!
We’re busy beavering away (we are a Canadian company after all!) to make more resources available as digital downloads. We currently have Phantom Groups Virtual Flip-Charts and Winning Workshop Strategies available for download. By the end of March, we will also have a new 3rd Edition of Personality Dimensions in a Virtual World available for download. Now, hands up who else’s computer doesn’t have a DVD drive. In the not-too-distant future (release TBA) you will also be able to access The Lighter Side of Talking in Colour video online.
